For Women: Expose to Sun Regularly to Live Longer

NEW YORK (GaeaTimes.com) — A recent study conducted a specialist in Sweden has claimed that women who expose themselves to sun regularly are likely to live longer.
The study was carried out by a leading cancer specialist, Hakan Olsson at the the oncology unit at Lund University in Sweden. It was conducted on 40,000 women and he stated that regular sunbathe can effectively reduces the risk of skin cancer. He has also claimed that the benefits of Vitamin D that comes from sunlight surpasses the negatives.
Olsson made other studies to show the benefits of Vitamin D in our body. Vitamin D protect us against blood clots, diabetes and some tumours. He also showed that more number of people are diagnosed with diabetes in the winter months that are associated with the lack of Vitamin D.
