OHIO (GaeaTimes.com)- Steve Wilson, who happens to be one of the most prominent psychologists of Ohio call upon one and all to make the very best out of World Laughter Day. Reportedly, World Laughter Day marks the very first Sunday of May 2010 which shall witness many laughter clubs all across the globe celebrating this day with great pomp and show.

Similarly, the Sunflower Yoga Institute of Parliament Hill is hosting a World Laughter Day program at 11 a.m. which shall witness an active participation from all members. In the wake of the World Laughter Day Steve Wilson told the media that World Laughter Day should not only make use of the day to encourage all members to participate in the day long activities but should also strive to make sure that people actually take laughing as a serious exercise to keep down their stress level which might turn out to be serious in the long run.

The psychologist said that World Laughter Day survey in 2009 depicted that only 10% of people are actually interested in taking up laughing as a serious and a daily exercise beside all other regular exercises that people perform. He also mentioned that studies have concluded the fact that not only a handful of modern men but also the early caveman employed laughing as a method of communication and as a signal to his partner urging her to relax. In the words of the psychologist, World Laughter Day should be carved out to be an event which must carry the message of laughter being an indispensable component of one’s life which should came naturally to one and all.
