21 new cases of dengue in Delhi

NEW DELHI - The increasing trend in the number of dengue cases in the capital continued Saturday with 21 fresh cases reported, a health official said.

A total of 215 people have been infected by the mosquito-borne disease in the city this year.

“Twenty-one more people have tested positive for dengue in Delhi though no one died today (Saturday),” Municipal Corporation of Delhi’s chief medical officer N.K. Yadav told IANS.

One person has died due to dengue this year in Delhi.
