Firebomb thrown at marijuana business in Montana

BILLINGS, Mont. — Officials say a firebomb was thrown into a medical marijuana business and “NOT IN OUR TOWN” was spray-painted on the storefront.

Fire crews were called at about 4:30 a.m. Monday, and the fire at Montana Therapeutics was quickly put out. No one was injured.

The Billings City Council is scheduled to vote Monday night on whether to place a moratorium on medical marijuana businesses. The city has issued more than 80 business licenses for the stores.

This is a shameful, flagrant domestic terrorist attack. These people who threw a fire bomb should be apprehended and brought to justice as terrorists, there is no question about it. The lawmakers and citizens alike should not be intimidated by this outrage, but should instead unite in the defense of our common, civilized ways of conducting and settling disputes. Legalize Medical Marijuana in all 50 States!
