Raytheon vice president dies

WALTHAM, Mass. — Raytheon Co. said Monday that a vice president who was also president of its space and airborne systems business died over the weekend of an apparent heart attack.

Jon C. Jones was 55. Jones joined Raytheon in 1977 and oversaw development of missile product lines. He was named president of the space business in November 2005.
