DELHI - The health ministry’s aim of establishing diagnostic kiosks at railway stations is still “stuck in red tape”, Minister of State for Health Dinesh Trivedi said Sunday.

“Its all struck in red tape in the health ministry,” said Trivedi on the sidelines of the India Economic Summit.

Trivedi said that the railway ministry has offered 8,000 railway stations to the health ministry for setting up diogonistic centres across the country where people can examine their lipid count, blood pressure and other body parameters.

He said his ministry has plans of setting up diagnostic receptors and diagnostic management centres like gyms.
