Alliance Data Systems signs multiyear contract with Pacific Dental Services

Alliance Data Systems in deal with Pacific Dental
DALLAS — Marketing and transactions services provider Alliance Data Systems Corp. said Wednesday that it signed a deal with Pacific Dental Services to provide patient financing for certain dental procedures through a private label credit card program.
Terms of the multiyear contract were not disclosed.
Alliance’s credit card services will include receivables funding, credit authorization, statement generation, remittance processing, customer service and marketing. The company will also help bring together account acquisition, authorization and settlement services with Pacific’s practice management system.
Pacific Dental offers business support services to dental and orthodontic practices in California, Nevada, Arizona, Colorado and Texas.
Shares of Alliance Data Systems added 8 cents to $61.78 in afternoon trading.
