NALANDA - In an unusual case a worm got stuck between a woman's cornea and the iris of her right eye in Bihar's Nalanda District.adha Devi, a 20 year-old patient, got operated on Saturday at nearby charitable hospital in the region and is out of danger now.

BEIJING - Chinese scientists are cultivating human cells in a laboratory in a bid to produce artificial cornea, bringing hope to over five million people suffering from corneal blindness in the country.

LONDON - For many patients, who become blind after an accident or illness, a corneal transplantation could restore their ability to see.
